Tummy Time!

Jack has been working very diligently during tummy time to increase his head control. Over the last few weeks, he has gone from merely turning his head from left to right to trying to look up, to trying to lift his chest off the ground! He is doing great and we thing he isn't too far away from trying to roll over.

Back to Work

Well, it's official - I have had to go back to work which means Jack has had his first experience with daycare. It's mostly great, despite the cold he has acquired, but he has lots of new friends and toys to play with! Because of my return to work, I have taken less photos :( but here are some of the latest of Jack just being cute, as always :)

Sleeping babies are adorable! Especially Jack Jack. He still holds his hands up by his head when he sleeps :)

Jack is changing so much everyday. He is starting to grab at different toys, especially with his play mat.

Couldn't resist, nothing funnier and cuter than a naked baby!

If anyone knows Jon, you know that he LOVE soccer. Given its the World Cup, Jack showed his support with his soccer shirt and soccer ball. Too bad the US us out of the running.

Jack "Mauer" Schauer - First Twins Game

No pressure, Jack, but I have you pegged to be the next Joe Mauer, $184 million contract and all... so get ready for batting practice. Anyway, to get Jack primed for his phenomenal baseball career, we took him to his first Twins game last night. He was dressed for the occasion with his Twin's onesie and booties. I even tested my domestic skills by sewing baby side burns onto a baseball cap for him! We had a great time at the game with Grandma and Grandpa Schauer and Jack did wonderfully and we made it through all 9 innings!

Mama mid-sentence about something... but Jack was passed out in the Bjorn, with his nuk and sideburns.

We tried to get circled by Bert, but I don't think Jack made his TV debut that night.

"You have a baby?! In a bar?!" Damn straight. Huberts - a Twins institution.

"Grandpa, I am very interested in whatever it is you are talking about." - Jack

Its okay if you think he is ADORABLE!

After all the excitement of the game and Twins locking in the W, Jack decided the team didn't need his support and he conked out on mama's shoulder.
